Yes, our order minimum is to be met with products and does not include delivery/labor charges or sales tax.

How can I get a sample?

Pls contact with us about product item details, that we arrange sending you samples 2-5 business days later via air-express, like: TNT,DHL,Fedex,UPS,EMS etc.
Sample cost: double of product's price.
Delivery cost: about $15.

How should we play order?

Pls email us with the products photos you interested with quantity,

Which format of artwork should we offer?

Normally we need .AI or .PDF format artwork for customize products.
If you don't have, also be ok, our designer team can help you.

What is order's lead time?

Delivery and fees

What is shipping way?

Normally it will be sea freight shipping, which the cost is the best for you.
If you like air freight shipping, it's ok but the cost will be higher than sea freight shipping.

How long is your shipping time?

①For USA, it needs approx 15-30days after delivering;
②For European countries, it needs approx 25-40days after delivering;
③For Southeast Asia countries, it needs approx 5-10days after delivering.

How much will be approx delivery fees?

Firstly, we need to know your destination seaport and approx order quantity, that we will count out approx CBM to confirm with forwarder about approx shipping fees and customs clearence fees , and tell you then.

What other fees may needed?

①For USA, it needs the additional duty, approx 7.5%;
②For European countries, it needs import tariff approx 2%, and VAT wax approx20% for your government.
③For Southeast Asia countries, it needs CONSUMPTION_TAX approx 7.8%.
Different countries maybe different.

How to get our discount (1st way) ?

A volume discount is an economic incentive for Event Professionals to encourage customers to purchase goods in larger quantities. Our volume discount model will be reviewed on an annual basis (January 1st) and based on the prior year's gross spending your discount will be adjusted based on the formulas below. Our current aggregate volume is based on calendar last year's gross sales. You can get this discount in your new year's 1st order.

①Pre-sales services

Due to the time difference, please email us the product you are interested in, quantity and questions, we will reply you within 24-48 hours!
Adhering to the principle of honesty, we will give you the best price, and when you confirm, we will give you an enquiry about the possible costs of shipping, customs duty and so on to your destination.

②Services during sale

*Once the order is confirmed, we will arrange into the production schedule as soon as possible.
*During production, we will take pictures for you to check the progress.
*Before shipment, we will notify you in advance and recommend the best shipping method and expected ETD.
*After shipment, we will check the approximate arrival date for you.
*Before arrival, we will notify you in advance and prepare to arrange the pick-up and transport.

Party related

For a party with 250 people, how much space will be need?

Dinner parties require approximately twenty (20) square feet per person. You would need a space that is approximately fifty (50) feet wide by one hundred (100) feet long. Obviously, these dimensions will change depending on the size of your tables, if you are going to have a dance floor, etc. A cocktail party typically requires about half the space.

How many glasses will be need for a cocktail party?

We generally recommend the following rule of thumb: 1.5 glasses per person for the first hour and 1 glass per hour for every hour after. For example, if there will be 100 guests at a 3-hour cocktail party, you would order (1.5 x 100) + (1 x 100) + (1 x 100) = 350 glasses. Please consider the amount and types of beverages you will be serving
in addition to your guests’ preferences when determining your exact quantities.

What size dance floor needed for 200 guests?

The rule of thumb: three (3) square feet of dance floor per dancing guest and 2/3 of the party might be dancing at any one time.
For two hundred (200) guests that would translate to 132 guests dancing at any one time. 132 guests x 3 sq.ft. per guest = 396 sq.ft., translating to a 20' x 20' floor. The closest floor to that would be 21' x 21' which is 49 sections.

To have a buffet dinner, how many plates should order?

To allow for seconds you should generally order 1.25 plates per guest. This may change if you are serving multiple main courses.
